“Staff is always nice and friendly.”

“The room was very nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the TV was larger than at most hotels. Plenty of channels for all of us, adults and kids. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance with wifi. One of the staff members came to my room to help within minutes. The location is great. There is an Aldi grocery store within four minutes and many food options available within a five minute drive. The only complaint I have is that the carpets could use a good cleaning....

“Great staff, very helpful! I had issues with my door code and was immediately moved to a different room which was appreciated. The rooms are sufficient and budget-friendly. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants with a very short drive to the lighthouse and area beaches which is why I chose this hotel. I wanted to be close to top birding spots and was not disappointed!”

“This is a resort like hotel where big tour groups stay. Overall we were pleased with the location and comfort. There were minor things that were not working such as treadmills and some ice machines but as a whole we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Specifically their continental breakfast is more than that. Their location is in walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. What Expedia doesn’t tell you is that there are about $30 per day...

“This hotel works for a nights stay, but not much more. It’s close to the beach, but the beach is not very nice. Overall pretty clean, though there was a cockroach in the window at arrival. The guy at the front desk wasn’t too thrilled when I arrived at 10.30 pm, but maybe he had a bad day, or I looked shady. ”

“Hotell på stranden med utomhuspool. Städningen var försenad så vi fick vänta på vårt rum och då var ändå incheckningstiden 16.00. Poolens tider var fr 10 - 22 men öppnade först ca10.30. I rummet vi hade ingick kök med spis. kylskåp och kaffebryggare men saknade porslin, glas och dyl. Vet inte hur ni tänkt. ”

When we were finally checked in, there was confusion about our reservation, including being asked whether we had already checked in earlier and indications that our room may have been assigned to someone else. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and we were assigned a room quite far from the lobby, which was inconvenient. The complimentary parking was located on a gravel lot...
