Bring own food/snacks, because the food you are offered at the hotel is sparse. Especially the breakfast. They need to, I think, learn what tourists want and dont't want. I.e., we didn't like fish heads in the soops, although the soop tasted very well.

“The good- the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is top notch, with amazing views and plenty of comfortable beach loungers. We snorkeled at the beach and there was coral and fish very close by. We had fun during the day at the beach lounging, walking, swimming, and reading.
The bad- upon arrival, they told us we needed to pay “the other half” of what we owed. We had already paid in full on hotels.com, though apparently this was a mistake, that was supposed to only be half the price....

“It is a nice place for a few days not 7. Due to it is an island all items are imported in including water. Which causes water to be shut off at night. So go potty before 8pm. Also the limit transportation off and island can be a problem. Hope you don’t get sea sick easy as the boats are fast at times. But for three days it is a nice place to stay very remote. Staff was awesome though food breakfast was the best. The local vendors can be a pain with trying to sell stuff and massages but hotel is...

- The breakfast area was a disappointment. Very loud environment, it was hard to have a conversation at the table because of the noise. Reminded me more of a college lunch room than a five stars hotel. The food in all of the restaurants was very expensive and overpriced, it was ok menu, nothing special, but you had to pay three times the normal price for a lunch or dinner. "
