Occasions saved this tripp from being a totalt disaster. Authentic ranch enviroment and for us europeans and "american" experience. Nice waterpark and kids play area and animals. Plenty of activities.
Now to the drawbacks the guest services are real sticklers for rules. They are not att all solution oriented "thank god for the working staff" If you travel with young kids prepare to be disapointed and dont take annything for granted."it isnt a sure thing for kids to be able to ride on a ranch......" Most of the ameneties have weird Open hours they where closed even when activities where announced."
