Well located, well furnished, clean and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is located in a very central location. Within 100m, you will find lots of good restaurants, a supermarket, cheese shop, bakery, bars and sport shops. The nearest ski lift, Tufs (about 70m) away, will connect you to many parts of the mountain. The funicular to Grande Motte is about 300m away, skiable most of the way.Prior to my arrival, host Xavier, communicated with me regarding check in procedures. He provided a comprehensive brouchure recommending restaurants, bars and even where to park. Xavier also checked in during my stay to make sure everything is ok with the apartment.The apartment was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped that you can easily cook a meal for the family. There were many pots and pans of various sizes provided to make cooking easy. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, so the views are awesome. So if you are feeling lazy for the day, it is a wonderful way to just chill in the apartment and enjoy music through the superb sound system throughout the apartment. Spotify was provided. Do note that while there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 WC. So good co-operation needed. I highly recommend this apartment. It will be top of my list when I return to Val Claret.

Communication with owner is easy and he's very responsive. Unfortunately I did not read too much into this accommodation as it was advertise as 5*. No way. Is located in an odd hidden building, lift is slow and feels like you're in a run down old place once you reach level 7. Upon entering the place, musty smell greeted us and the layout of the place is weird. The Master bedroom has a tiny bathroom but there is only 1 small toilet located nearer to another room. The Master bathroom you can't use it to shower, as water will splash out. While the other bathroom, you've to climb into the bathtub which is very slippery. Washing machine is located inside the Master bedroom and you can't shut the door once it starts as the washing machine is width is too wide for the door. The washing machine dryer is non-existent, can forget about it. Luckily things dry fast here. As we came during summer where NOTHING is open, literally nothing. There're two supermarket which is ~ 2km away. Highlight of the place is it is very easy to get to all the hiking trails and practice your bike skills for competition event. Also owner is very kind to give me passes to access the gym, swimming pool and spa of a very nice sports center which is opposite the supermarket, though ~ 2km walk but a lovely walk with great scenery. We paid ~ USD 2.7K for 8 night stay and decided to check out after 5 nights as husband can't practice his bike properly without the chair lift operating.

The apartment was super convenient, extremely nice, and Xavier was an incredible host. Very proactive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed at several apartments on a multi-week trip and Xavier and his apartment were by far the best.

Beautiful modern apartment in Val Claret

Myself & family have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful modern, well equipped apartment in the centre of Val Claret. Xavier the owner sent a brochure of the area before we arrived which was very useful, he was so communicative & informative before & during our stay! Would recommend this 5* apartment & we will definitely stay here again when we return to Tignes.

The flat is perfect for a ski holiday in Tignes Val Claret. it's got a great location for ski in/out and proximity to shops and restaurants. It's been very nicely decorated, there is everything you need to cook a nice dinner, including raclette and fondue sets. I like the speakers in all the rooms. It's got great balconies with beautiful views on the mountains and all the action happening in the resort.

Great family holiday in Val Claret

Great experience and great apartment. Xavier was exceptionally communicative, both before and during the stay. The apartment was extremely well-appointed and was a good layout for a family or small group. You have a view of and easy access to the lifts, restaurants and grocery next to the building. Propriétaire et appartement parfait

Une fois n'est pas coutume, je vais dĂ©marrer mon apprĂ©ciation par le propriĂ©taire. En effet, Xavier est trĂšs investi auprĂšs de ses vacanciers. Des marques d'attention rĂ©guliĂšres, des infos sur les activitĂ©s de Tignes. Je lui mettrais 5 Ă©toiles si cela Ă©tait possible. Son investissement se traduit aussi par la qualitĂ© de son appartement. On s'y sent chez soi. Notre famille aime la musique et ce n'est pas un hasard si nous avons choisi celui de Xavier. L'Ă©quipe Sonos nous a permis de sĂ©journer en musique au grĂ© de nos humeurs. Mais il ne faudrait pas rĂ©sumer cet appartement Ă  cet unique Ă©quipement. Xavier a investi beaucoup dans l'Ă©quipement global et haut de gamme de l'appartement (double rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs, combo machine Ă  laver/sĂšche linge, cafetiĂšre, vaisselle, etc.). L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour les randonnĂ©es, les restaurants. J'imagine que l'hiver, ce doit ĂȘtre "the place to be".

Un appartement incroyable dans un endroit magnifique

Appartement tout simplement parfait . Deco contemporaine et Ă©quipements 5 Ă©toiles. Une vue Ă  couper le souffle et au cƓur de la station, tout est au pied de l’immeuble. A louer les yeux fermĂ©s !!

Parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec tout le nécessaire à proximité, et un contact parfait avec le propriétaire qui ne souhaite que le bonheur de ses locataires.

Charme et équipement au top pour une situation idéale en centre de station

Nous avions choisi d'abord l'emplacement et pour cela, nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçus : situĂ© au milieu de la station, l'immeuble est Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied du tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge des TUFS. Le retour du soir se fait de mĂȘme, les skis au pieds. Mais le vrai plus c'est l'Ă©quipement de l'appartement : mobilier, hifi, TV, ustensiles de cuisine permet d'ĂȘtre comme Ă  la maison (ou mieux?). HiFi et TV connectĂ©s, dans chaque espace de vie. Les matĂ©riaux et l'ambiance ne sont pas en reste, avec un vrai style "montagne" qui nous Ă  permis d'Ă©viter la frustration des jours de neige sans ski ... On oublie pas la gentillesse et la disponibilitĂ© de Xavier, un propriĂ©taire trĂšs attentif Ă  ses locataires. Quant Ă  la vue sur la montagne et au lever du soleil, elle est Ă  couper le souffle.
