It has been transformed into a beautiful holiday property, with finely crafted spaces, fittings and materials (windows, mirrors, stone tables, blue carpets, smart TVs, sound systems, etc.) that capture the light from Lake TIGNES and allow it to flood into the rear rooms.
PALAFOUR 102 - ‘Le GRAND BLEU’ is laid out as follows:
- 1 entrance hall with boat deck parquet flooring, a bench for taking off your shoes and coat hooks for hanging clothes.
- 1 cupboard with a ski boot dryer and space for hanging ski suits and outdoor clothing.
- 1 separate WC, with a raised washing machine.
- 1 bedroom - cabin, with 2 single beds on the floor, which can be pushed together to form a double bed. 1 fold-down bunk bed. 1 storage cupboard and 1 connected TV. The bedroom is closed off by a sliding glass partition. Blackout curtain.
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel radiator, wall-mounted toilet.
- 1 MASTER bedroom with en suite bathroom, double bed (storage bed), wardrobes, shower room, vanity unit, towel radiator. The bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake and enjoys natural light during the day. At night, the bedroom is darkened by large sliding curtains.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with hob and integrated extractor hood, multifunction oven, fridge with freezer compartment, stone worktop, stone dining table, stools and chairs.
- South-facing living room with armchairs, double sofa bed and storage cupboards, large TV, full-height south-facing windows, view of the lake and Grande-Motte glacier.
