  • 2026 is the year for Route 66. The highway turns 100, and Albuquerque is going big — the longest unbroken urban stretch of the Mother Road in the country, dressed up with murals, sculptures, and augmented-reality art stops from one end to the other. Make our Airstream your launchpad: you're nine minutes from the action and 15 from the Singing Road, where the old pavement hums a melody under your wheels. Want to earn your neon? The Manzanita trail system starts just moments from our gate — lace up for a hike or roll out on your mountain bike straight from the property, no driving required.

    Enjoy the feeling of the Southwest in this newly remodeled 25 ft. 1976 Airstream Tradewind (sleeps 2). You'll have an extra-long queen bed; a mini kitchen with a fridge and freezer, induction cooktop, toaster oven, and microwave; plus an indoor bathroom with a small shower and a Nature's Head ventilated composting toilet; and a Bluetooth sound system to set the mood. Step outside to a heated outdoor shower, a Trex deck, and two dog run lines for your four-legged travel companions. No cigarettes, please.

We were so impressed with our visit to this property! Every detail thought out and everything was top-notch! Beautiful surroundings and perfectly located for what we needed. The hosts had gone all-out with the amenities inside and out. We plan to return next year to escape the heat! Thank you Chris & Gary!

Arriving at this charming property after 12 hours on the road was just what we needed! The arrival instructions and video sent in advance helped us park and settle in without any challenges, and one of the hosts came out to chat with us and make sure we didn't have any questions. Even though our dogs were anxious being on their first road trip, having the dog runs available was a safe and convenient way for us to secure them while we unpacked the car - such a thoughtful and helpful feature! The outdoor space is private and comfortable. Had we arrived earlier, we would have enjoyed sitting in the patio area, relaxing to the wind in the trees, watching the birds and cooking out on the grill. The Airstream's interior is immaculate, cleverly designed to maximize space but without sacrificing comfort or amenities, and stocked with treats that make you feel welcome. We slept comfortably and because we had another full day of driving ahead of us, were on the road early the following morning. Should we pass this way again, I would not hesitate to stay here...hopefully with more time to truly appreciate everything this location has to offer. Thanks for welcoming us!
