I liked that it was right by the freeway, that it's close to many bars and restaurants, and that we are given a breakfast voucher to use at a restaurant next door. The wait at the restaurant, however, was way too long and the customer service there was not good. I was waited by the podium to get my name on the waiting list for about 5 minutes. When a worker finally walked towards me, she proceeded to help a lady that was standing in line behind me and didn't even acknowledge me until I said something. We waited 30 min then ate elsewhere. The rooms Do Not have AC, and you can hear everything throught the walls, door, and windows, and you are not able to check in until 3pm. They blast super loud music till about 2-3 in the morning at a courtyard directly behind all the rooms. We had a hard time sleeping. While waiting in line to check out, I overheard a guest telling the front desk employee that he was charged for 2 nights instead of 1. The frontdesk employee told him that he was going to have to call his bank to take care of that because he was not able to issue refunds. I will not be returning to this hotel.
