• Spektakulära Bay och havsutsikt.
• 3 sovrum, tre badrum inklusive 2 Master Suites vardera med en privat jacuzzi, separata duschar och anpassade kakel / sten hela. Deck off master suite.
• Öppna planlösning med välvda tak, öppen spis och fönster från golv till tak med fördel av den fantastiska utsikten. Vi har nyligen lagt till avancerade persienner som kan dras upp för att maximera de otroliga vyerna eller dras ner för att ge fullständig integritet.
• Gourmetkök med apparater av rostfritt stål, graniträknare och detaljerat bakplattskivor, skräddarsydda skåp och stort skafferi,
• Två stora däck med high-end skiffer och anpassade räcken. Båda däcken har utemöbler. Huvuddäck har en stor rostfri grill så att du kan BBQ och njuta av en otrolig utsikt precis där Stilla havet går Netarts Bay (känd för sina ostron, krabbor och musslor!)
• Åtgärder till stranden. Utomhusdusch för att tvätta sanden efter en hel dag med strandkamning, crabbing, clamming, fiske eller bara njuta av underbara solnedgångar och eldstäder på stranden
• Tvättstuga med high-end tvättmaskin / torktumlare

• Alla möbler över hela huset är helt nya och avancerade. En sammanfattning av några av de avancerade möblerna i hela är: King-size sovrums set, Queen size-sovrumsäng, våningssäng, full size-säng, (2) Stor "Main Street" high-end sovhytt soffa, svängbara accent stolar , stort matsalbord med utsikt över bukten och havet, barstolar vid köksbaren, ny 65 "UHD Samsung SMART TV ovanför gaspisen, har varje sovrum ett eget 55" HDTV-skivor, high-end tvättmaskin och torktumlare, rostfritt stål gasgrill på däck med utsikt över bukten och havet!

Eftersom detta är en specialbyggd hem med alla nya möbler, ber vi alla att njuta av skönheten och komfort men var försiktig och ta hand om det på samma gång. Husdjur är på en bedömning från fall till fall.

The host was very welcoming, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. Easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. The view from the house was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The elevator was very helpful with bringing things up the three stories and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. We would recommend this house. It was close to the beach and the outside shower and hose were a great addition also.

Lovely home. Everything was very upscale. Beds are very comfortable. Living room furniture was very comfortable and adequate for a large group. The view was stunning...better at high tide than low. We all got a kick out of watching the divers in the bay...after we figured out what it was. Close to beach access. Good parking. We loved the elevator. With two Grandmas (95 and 98) it was the main reason we booked this home. The huge kitchen accommodates several cooks at once. Appreciated the gas cook top. Everything was very clean. Host Nick was very accommodating and an excellent communicator. We would happily book this home again.Anna Frankus

The house was extremely comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids (12 and 5) for 11 days at the end of August. There are a ton of highlights including the very-well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful view, and easily walkable distance to what might very well be the most ideal beach on the Oregon coast. The beach is ideal because it is at the opening of a secluded cove (Netarts Bay). To the right is the waves and a nice walk to the Oceanside Haystacks. To the left is a beach with no waves at all, protected by the nature preserve ithmus where you can watch large herons hanging out and diving for fish right in front of you.The owners of the rental will include access to their crabbing and clamming equipment for a small fee, and this might be worth it just for the extra beach equipment that comes along with it, including beach chairs and digging toys donated by previous guests. I was a complete novice to any kind of fishing or crabbing but managed to watch enough YouTube videos to teach me how to catch crabs. It was exceptionally easy. Just throw the cages in the water with chicken inside and then pull them back after 30 minutes. We caught 8 crabs on our first attempt and let the kids of the nearby families see them up close before releasing them back.

The house was beautiful. Nick bent over backwards to make it a great stay. We had two babies and needed a Pack-n-Play. I asked if the property had one. It didn't but was there before we arrived. Check in was simple. The kitchen had all the pans we ever needed. Only thing we had to bring was a slow-cooker. They had all the spices we needed. The elevator came in SO handy for our one grandson that is wheelchair bound. We also had friends come for dinner and for those that had trouble with stairs, it made it so much easier. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. Having 2 master suites was also a big plus. A great place to stay, you will enjoy.

Wow! AMAZING!!

Oh my goodness. So many great things to talk about regarding this place! Pictures don't lie! The place is as beautiful and clean as the pictures look. Easy to find. Spacious parking spots. And I mean SPACIOUS. Big truck? No problem. SUV with bike rack? Easy fit. LOVE the rinse off area in the carport. LOVE the foyer where there's plenty space to leave all shoes (we dont wear shoes in the house). PRO TIP: If you're going to rinse off before entering the house, make sure you have towels to dry off before going up the stairs (or elevator - yes, I said elevator!). Bedrooms are on the second floor. Two jacuzzi bathtubs! If you want a regular bathtub, that'll be in the full bath located on the 3rd floor. The view from the 3rd floor is gorgeous. I love that the 3rd floor is the living area and kitchen. We literally spent all our time there to soak in the view. The place is spotless and clean. The carpet is plush and vacuumed. Bathrooms all super clean. Hard floor all clean (no dirty feet at all after running around!). Beds all clean. All rooms aired out and smelling fresh. One of my kiddos is autistic and loves to touch things he shouldnt be touching. This rental is very minimalist in decor without sacrificing the feeling of homey comforts. So I did not have to remove or hide anything from his sensory seeking hands! There is a public beach access at the end of the road. We saw lots of folks fishing, crabbing (off shore and on boats), and building bon fires. I would book here again!

CRABING PARADISE

Our hosts were generous enough to allow us to check in early. The house was super clean and very spacious. The Weber BBQ and kitchen gave us tons of cooking options. The views from the deck were incredible. We rented the crabbing gear from the host as well and had great success following their advice. We caught our limit and had fresh crab down on the beach. We had such a great trip. The house was almost too nice; we were torn between hanging out in the house and spending time on the water. I would definitely stay here again next time we are feeling like another crab feast!

We just returned from an unforgettable getaway at this stunning Netarts, OR beach house—and it truly deserves all five stars! Traveling with grandparents, teenagers, and little kiddos is no easy feat, but this home delivered beyond expectations.We’re so grateful for the elevator access to all three floors—no lugging luggage or climbing stairs for my parents, or anyone with bad knees.The house is incredibly kid-friendly: plenty of board games, and wide decks perfect for running around under watchful eyes. Having a bedroom with two twins and a double bed gave them space to bunk together—such a treat! Beach access down the road was the best part of this house. We spent low tide mornings clamming, afternoons exploring, and evenings gathered around a bonfire with s’mores. The scenery continuously changed, and the kids delighted in spotting wildlife while the adults soaked in the salty views. The quick few steps to a sandy beach meant impromptu shell collecting and sandcastle sessions every day- sometimes multiple times depending on the energy! The outdoor shower was also perfect for post beach clean up.The secret beach via walk/path through the tunnel was jaw dropping. It was our family’s favorite beach to explore at low tide. So many star fish in tide pools and different spaces to take in! Highly recommended for families of all ages—this is coastal paradise done right! We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

Relaxing Vacation

Our family loves the Netarts area. Have vacationed here several times. Second time in this beautiful home. Has lots of room for your family to spread out and have a very relaxing vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator was why we chose this home for Grandpa who no longer can manage the stairs. Home owner immediately picked up the phone when their was a problem and addressed it. The walks on the beach, watching Eagles & Blue Herons, Deer and the Seals, S'mores on the beach .....What more could you ask for?

Family Get Together

We had a wonderful time at the beach! The weather was beautiful. The views of the ocean and bay were spectacular. The house is very beautiful and clean. It essentially has everything you would need. The elevator sealed the deal for us. We have a few family members that can’t do a lot of stairs, so this was perfect for them.The owners are wonderful to work with. We had a few things pop up and they were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of.They even gifted us with a bottle of wine, how sweet. A true treasure on the beach.

Amazing Place to Stay

We utilize VRBO's all the time and this one was just fantastic! It was right next to the beach, beautiful home, beds where beyond comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and was great to cook in! The elevator was great for our parents who can't do stairs. Well Appointed -Easy to feel at home

This house is really well situated on the second row. Great views from the top/ main floor. The beds were very comfortable. This kitchen had everything we needed and a few extras that don’t usually come with a rental - quality sharp knives. Easy walk to a quiet beach.

Lovely home

Beautiful home with amazing views. One thing we didn't catch in the property description was that the elevator doesn't go all the way to the parking area, so there are 4-5 steps to get to it. It wasn't a major issue for us, but we did have a wheelchair user with us and had hoped we would be able to bring the chair inside. Other than that, everything was perfect. Excellent kitchen and spacious bedrooms.

Perfect location for the entire family

We took our parents whom are unable to travel as often due to Parkinson's. For this reason we are usually limited to single level rentals with a view which are increasingly rare. This spot had a working elevator which gave them full access to the rentals and even has an amazing view of the bay. The owners were very great at communication and making sure everything was 100%, always reach out to them first if you have any issues as they well certainly make sure all is at that 100%. They went beyond that for us in this case as my brother left his keys behind. They contacted us before we had a chance to reach out and they even shipped the keys at no cost. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you for making this a memory we will always remember!!

We decide to go to the beach this year for our family vacation and we had a wonderful time at Happy Camp Hideway. The place is perfect for the 8 of us, quiet but close to the beach. We especially appreciate the elevator because my 90 years old mom has difficulties with stairs.

Exceptional!

Over the last 20 years, we've stayed at nearly every vacation rental in Netarts. This one is the best! Wonderful views, of course, and we also appreciate the various gathering spaces - kitchen or dining table or living room or covered deck. And hooray for elevators and awesome hosts!
