This is a huge house, three levels (and lots of stairs) with beautiful views however we lost internet halfway through our stay and customer service was completely useless.
First the line dropped and they didn’t call back even though they confirmed the “best number to reach us” so we had to wait in queue again and start explaining our issue again to a completely new person. Then the agent was unable to provide any assistance. More than likely all we needed is to reboot the router in the house but we couldn’t locate it. The agent had no more info than we did and mentioned that a “local team” will contact us which never happened. There was no follow up, no email or phone call.
We had a great time enjoying the view, the bed was comfortable and we went out hiking during the day but a big part of our vacation weekend was movie night and watching a virtual concert all of which went out the window.
Knowing how much we paid and how little support this company was able to provide I would look elsewhere next time when looking for a rental.
