    Experience the beauty of the Northwest coastline from this family-friendly home base. After an afternoon spent beachcombing or surfing, put your feet up in the wood-paneled living area. Bask in the glow of the gas fireplace while you stream TV shows. Find more space to unwind on the spacious balcony that offers seating for two. Share conversation and cocktails amid forest views.



    The well-equipped kitchen features ample counter space to prepare meals. Listen to favorite tunes on the record player while you cook. When dinner is ready, four can sit at the kitchen bar. There is also a two-seat table, an ideal perch for board game nights.

Basic and affordable

We needed a place to stay in very short time and found this one reasonably priced. Being on the third floor was a climb for the older couple we were with. But definitely a quiet and restful place in the woods, close to the beach.

Perfect mix of forest and ocean

Such an amazing place. It is so simple, clean and a very nice location. At night you watch the fog roll in off the coast then when its dark outside, you can see all of the stars out. During the day its literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. But before you go, sit on the deck and watch the fog clear away in peace and quiet. Would recommend to everybody. Thank you for letting me stay in your beautiful home.

Oceanside

The house sits on the back side of Oceanside so you'll need to drive to get to the beach, but there is a lot of public parking. The place was cleaned, but it is definitely on the older side of things. It worked for us, but I would probably try and get closer to the beach/town next time. It met my general expectations in regards to the description and price.

Exactly what we needed

We came into town to fish for several days. We went on an ocean charter, fished cape meares lake for bass and trout, and fished the Wilson river for Salmon. All within a short distance from this property. There were a couple rainy days and a couple beautiful days. For both we needed a quiet, warm, comfortable place to sleep. This property fit the bill. We will reserve again in the future.

A lovely view and a calf workout

This property is exactly as described. The entire stay was worry free with good parking, comfortable beds, and the lovely surprise of a bidet and a heat lamp in the bathroom. If you do get the 3rd floor, be prepared for a climb, it can be taxing if you take multiple trips. Not for the weak of knees.We were looking for a place close to the beach but not too expensive. The place is perfect for a couple or a group of 4, I wouldn't suggest more than 5 people stay at a time. Open up the windows and you'll regulate the temperature and bring in fresh air for the whole familyReally the only missing amenities were dish soap and scrub brushes. The kitchen has everything you need to make your fresh meals and there's plenty of fridge space. The front left stove burner doesn't quite work as well as the others but that is minor Overall exactly what we wanted to see from the coast. We loved our stay and would consider booking in the future

Maybe I missed it in the description. But I thought there was a view of the ocean and I didn't realize it was 3 flights up. It worked well for us but was a surprise prize that might not work for others.
