“They do not offer the additional trundle bed as advertised. The water temp in the shower can not be adjusted to a constant temperature. It was very ran down. Even the blankets had holes in them. The only positive was it had free parking.”

We had a four night reservation and on the second day , when we got there after a day of work, we found a flood coming from the bath tub to the room. The full floor was covered with water and my shopping bags that I left on the floor was all destroyed. They immediately gave us another room, which was the minimum they could do! The worse happened when we went to the “reception “...
