“The hotel is perfect for Cubs fans, nothing more convenient. Very clean, nice shower & bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. For the price, not worth it for people who aren’t going to games. The room doesn’t have a fridge or coffee maker. Hotel bar is very cool, but also costly. ”

“Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. ”

“It's an older hotel in a quiet neighborhood right across from the lake. The elevator was only big enough for 2 people and the room itself was very small. The fridge was stuffed with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that you could purchase along with snacks, but it just takes up a ton of space we would have liked to use. The tub had no handholds or non-slick surface and with the pedestal sink, there were few places to put toiletries. We didn't use their parking, but there wasn't much...

“The room was clean. The elevator was down and did not work, So they had to take us up to the top floor in freight elevator. Parking was around the block. Had to call down to front desk to pick up suit cases because stair case was too small to accommodate.”

“Comfortable hotel, in need of some renovation, conveniently located at the Red Line Belmont station by Boystown. Unfortunately, one of the receptionists had an unfriendly attitude. ”

“It is a wonderful room with a comfortable bed and couch. It should be noted that the directions are complex for parking and just entering the building. Parking is extremely difficult to find. It is also a party district but we were there during the week and it was quiet. I absolutely adored the space though once settled.”

“Easy check-in experience and kind staff in lobby, however the place has absolutely 0 security. The door to my shared room had a digital lock but it didn’t work, so the door couldn’t lock. As I woke up in the morning and was on my way out at around 8.30-9 there were two random people (not paying guests) sleeping in the lobby and behind the front desk. Sure it’s a clean place and great for a cheap stay in Chicago, just don’t bring any valueables what so ever. ”
