“Trevligt gemytlig hotell med oerhört bra personal. Bra frukost fint rent och mysiga rum. Lagom promenad ner till Downton alt 3 min till tunnelbanan. Väl värt vistelsen och ett utmärkt alternativ mot vanligt hotell.”

“Under renovation. Elevator is out of order. Had to carry luggage 3 floors with a narrow stairwell. Might a good hotel after renovation but too expensive.”

“Room and building very clean, open spaces to room next door make it a bit noisy and decreases overall privacy. Good location, foam mattress kind of bad. Absolutely cannot check in even a minute early. Not sure I would go back”

“Pretty cool, Cubs themed hotel (and I’m not even a Cubs fan) with accessible parking garage. Stocked mini bar that you can either charge to your room or pay cash at the desk. Close enough to walk to Wrigleyville. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the creaky floors - you could hear the people on the floor above you walking around. But overall it was an enjoyable trip! ”

“Easy check-in experience and kind staff in lobby, however the place has absolutely 0 security. The door to my shared room had a digital lock but it didn’t work, so the door couldn’t lock. As I woke up in the morning and was on my way out at around 8.30-9 there were two random people (not paying guests) sleeping in the lobby and behind the front desk. Sure it’s a clean place and great for a cheap stay in Chicago, just don’t bring any valueables what so ever. ”

“Don’t expect luxury but a good, modern hotel with cleaning only when requested. Bed was excellent as was the penthouse restaurant/bar. Valet parking and garage available in the building. I would recommend a room on the top floors due quite a bit of street noice, not over bearing but certainly noticeable. Unusually high water pressure which made showering almost painful. Our air conditioning/heating unit was loud but that seemed to be only in our room since other people in our group had no...

“Location was walking distance to our venue. Covered, private parking is a huge plus (make sure to reserve ahead). Room was great and the perfect size for 2, We enjoyed using the balcony. Location was quiet, no issues with neighbors. ”
