You’ll be staying right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand, just a few steps away from the beautiful sandy beach and the upscale town center with its inviting pedestrian zone, exclusive shops, and charming cafés. A parking space is reserved for you behind the house.

Shopping options are located just about two minutes from the apartment.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.

Welcome to Haus Schäfer!

This two-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the second floor, measures 60 m², and is equipped for two people and one baby (up to 1 year old).

The cozy living area features a couch, an armchair with a footstool, and a flat-screen TV.
The open kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
To make your morning coffee, there’s a filter coffee maker and a Tchibo coffee maker (Qbo) available.
The dining table right next to the floor-to-ceiling windows is perfect for a cozy breakfast.

From the living area, you have access to the east-facing balcony, which features a balcony table and chairs.
From here, you can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach promenade.
In the lower part of the apartment, there is a guest restroom that also houses a coin-operated washing machine.

A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level of this apartment.

There you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (2x100x200 cm), another TV, and an en suite shower room.

On the loft next to the staircase, you’ll find a large closet where you can store your clothes.

From May 1 through September 15, 2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or replacements will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
A parking space for your bicycles is located in the underground garage.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
