“Great place for solo or couples, staff was helpful and even though I came early I was able to lock up my bags before my check in, bring cash for the added tax or just pay with card (extra fee). Rooms are pretty much sound proof, showers were open but private, room is straight to the point and there’s space under the bed for luggage, an open kitchen to heat up your convenience store finds. Around 20+ minutes walk to some nightlife and shopping! For me it was a bit hard to get a taxi but the city...

“We traveled to Kyoto as a family of 4 and arrived to Mimaru Suites in the evening. The room was like having a small apartment. It had two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one attached to the one of the rooms and one was separate. The layouts on the website are accurate. We even had a couple nights where we watched Netflix like we do at home (however it was in Japanese! We had to do English subtitles!) “This was a perfect place to experience Japan. It had traditional Japanese accomodations and food but also with many high tech conveniences. The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis to easily visit locations like the imperial palace or the Bamboo Forest. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a great experience in Kyoto. ”

“Location was great. Close to transport and a selection of terrific restaurants. Genuine Japan 'feel' about the premise.”

“Väldigt trevligt hotell, inredningen var underbar, sängen skön, frukosten suverän och personalen hjälpsamma och trevliga.”

“Great hotel, great location (close to the subway stop, many restaurants and train station). Staff was extremely helpful. Would 100% recommend!”

“Inget bra hotell, kändes som man bodde i källaren”

“Allt bra utom den långsamma incheckningen.”

“Fantastisk fin lägenhet, rymlig, ren, och mycket bekväm. Läget utmärkt.”

“Good location and excellent service”

“La chambre était démesurément grande et bien pensée! Un vrai bonheur. L’accueil très chaleureux cela fait du bien d’avoir des gens en face et pas des machines pour s’enregistrer ! Le petit déjeuner de style japonais était très copieux.”
