âThe room was clean and spacious. I was also impressed with the number of outlets in the room, we normally struggle to find enough outlets to charge our electronics. Breakfast was yummy and the dining area was well stocked. The only issue we had with this location was that the indoor pool was very cold. Either the pool is not heated or the heater was not working. Otherwise we had we had a great day!â

âStayed here as we attended a concert at Tinley Park. Check in was easy and quick. Room temp was comfortable even though lobby was hot. Beds were clean and comfortable. Loved the pillows. Shower had plenty of hot water and lots of great water pressure. Breakfast was pretty sufficient and had eggs, waffles, cereals, yogurt. Would stay here again. â
âGreat hotel and casino. Cutting edge gambling and infrastructure. Tight service (meaning well organized and trained and polite and paying attention to detail). Going to the Alto Restaurant tonight... but this hotel/casino is set to federal military base/national laboratories standards in construction, infrastructure, and incredibly competent staff!
Highly recommended.... 9.85/10... A+.â

âI came in town for a wedding and as soon as I walked in the doors, I was greeted with a friendly associate from the hotel. The hotel was very clean. There was no noise even at night on a weekend. They had a great breakfast. The hotel was very clean and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying hereâ

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "
"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
