“Good breakfeast”

“Shower was terrible..dirty, water backed up and very loud like a machine gun going off. Hairs on bathroom floor. Breakfast very limited options. Old apples the only fruit and fake egg pancakes. Was busy and pretty loud...thin walls and big gap until door.”

“Absolutely excellent stay at Comfort Inn Midland exceeding my expectations. Morning breakfast 6am- 9am is wonderful the staff come around consistently filling up an additional bonus. “I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful.”

“My stay was awesome. The owners were fantastic. They helped me lots with directions. Beautiful piece of property. Nice and quiet.”

“We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. ”

“So many difficulties at check-in, had to cancel and re process them like 3 times m, had kids who got impatient, was over charged, then had to call Expedia to sort that out. No tissues in the room, our key cards stopped working 3 times and then clearly was locked out of room, once with the dogs and the kids early in the morning in our jammies, the other time was wet from the pool with kids who had to Pooh, and then another time we had our conpeltle hands full trying to leave with food and...

“Booked a double queen room, got a king with pull out couch. Asked front desk to be corrected they said they would refund me and I could go else where which is not helpful since I booked this months in advance. Health unit shut down the hot tub after we arrived and saw other guests in the hot tub. Maintenance employee seemed unbothered by the situation. Rooms were held together with painters tape. Don’t waste your money - stay else where.”

“Despite being just off a major 400 series highway in the middle of a construction zone we were quite satisfied with our stay. Would stay again”

“-Door was awkard to use(Bathroom doors should swing into the bathroom so they are out of the way) -Coffee and tea was supplied but had nothing to stirring with, i had to use the rooms pen -key/light system is no good,,,if I leave then the other person has no lights Other than that”

They got angry with us when we weren’t sure where to go or what we were doing she came into pretty much the greatest, and then they put us into these tubs.
