The Accommodation
Our stylish apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay—compact, well-designed, and furnished with great attention to detail.

The bright living and dining area is perfect for relaxing. You can wind down on the cozy couch or enjoy movies together on the smart TV.

The apartment features:

1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m)
1 sleeper sofa (1.40 m × 2.00 m) in the living area

This comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for daily life, whether it’s breakfast, a snack, or cooking together in the evening.

The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, ensures a relaxing start to your day. Towels, shower gel, and shampoo are, of course, provided for you.

Guest Access
In the basement, our guests have access to a shared laundry area where they can use the washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, free of charge.

Within the booked apartment, guests have unrestricted access to the entire living area.

The outdoor area may also be used—however, we ask for mutual consideration and respect for the privacy of all guests.

Additional Important Information
We provide the Hochschwarzwald Card!
With the Hochschwarzwald Card, you can experience around 100 attractions once each for free. These include museums, amusement parks, mini-golf, and a boat ride on Lake Titisee. You can purchase ski tickets for the Feldbergbahnen and the Badeparadies Schwarzwald at a discounted price. You’ll receive the Hochschwarzwald Card from us free of charge starting with your second night’s stay.


The underground parking garage has a maximum clearance height of 1.90 m and is quite narrow due to its structural design.

Parking:
We recommend using smaller vehicles, as larger or longer cars in particular may have difficulty entering and maneuvering.

Alternatively, there are plenty of outdoor parking spaces available around the building.

House Rules:
Please also observe the house rules and quiet hours to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Linens:
We provide high-quality hotel linens, which are already included in the price.

Trash:
Please sort your trash according to local guidelines and dispose of it in the designated bins in the underground parking garage after your stay.

Infants:
A crib and a high chair are available in the apartment.

Pets:
One pet is allowed upon request. We charge a fee of 12 € per night for this.

We ask that you treat the furnishings with care and avoid making a mess.

REGISTRATION FORM:
Please note that we are legally required to have you fill out a digital registration form before your arrival. This is also necessary for the proper processing of the visitor’s tax and for issuing your Black Forest Card.
