“It was a great hotel. I particularly love the shuttle that brought you back and forth. A great convenience and wonderful drivers who gave us some history of Newport Rhode Island. My second stay here.”

“We were assigned a loft room on the fourth floor accessible only with a four story spiral stairs. We refused to climb the stairs. I’m 95 and my partner is90. We were given a first floor room for one night but nothing else was available so we checked it and stayed at another place. They should have stated that the room was in a four flight walk up. That is a violation off the ADA act. I am going to request a refund for the second night.”

“Mixed feelings, nice hotel but it felt like it was just opened with now staff that newer works in the hotel business before, cleaning service was horrible, they came at 6PM in the middle of getting ready for this nights dinner and you had to use to old towels getting ready. Asked for earlier cleaning after first night but it was the same day after… kids wanted pool so we chose this hotel, but the water was 65 degrees in mid June= no heated pool… after all the charge premium price but the do not...

“Hotellet ser nedgånget ut utanpå. Men är riktigt fint inuti! Poolen var inte fräsch, många gäster badade samtidigt och vattnet såg smutsigt ut. Bland annat hade en gäst tappat en Pina Colada i poolen som svalpade och löddrade sig i ett hörn. ”
