The Regina was the perfect place to stay in the heart of Tivoli. It was so close to amazing restaurants and shopping as well as the Villa D'Este. The 360 views from the rooftop terrace were breathtaking. The room was clean and updated. Filipo was a very responsive and helpful host. He helped my husband and I with dinner reservations and taxi services. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Tivoli.

We where on a 12 day coast to coast Italian trip with 6 stays in various cities. This stary was the highlight! Philipo was AMAZING! He helps carry bags through the square, road with us to get the car parked, made dinner reservations that was the highlight of any meal in ital and much more. His place was amazing as well. We clean, looked brand new and so much more. If you will stay in Tivoli, this is the only place that you should consider.

Great short stay at Tivoli city center
We had a 2-night stay here as we were attending a wedding closeby. The location was great, walkable distance to all good restaurants & sites. The host is an amazing guy, Fillipo ensured our stay was comfortable, even though we had excluded breakfast, he took us to the nearby cafe & offered us some coffee & pastries on both days! The room met our requirements, it was clean, powerful air conditioning, safety deposit box, extra rugs & pillows if needed. The rooftop can be accessed at any time, beautiful views of the town and it's well kept. We would totally recommend staying here for a short stay to explore Tivoli!

We loved our stay at the Regina. The location is perfect!! Filippo could not have been a better host. The property was spotless and comfortable. The rooftop was an added bonus. He gave us wonderful lunch and dinner recommendations and even joined us for a beer in the piazza out in front of the Inn. I look forward to staying there again when I visit beautiful Tivoli.

Perfect stay in Tivoli
Filippo has tremendous pride for his property, and it shows the second you arrive. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. The location is superb. And the recommendations were top notch. Filippo also made it extremely easy for us to get help should we need anything.

Fillippo, dono do local, é extremamente simpático e atencioso.Deu dicas sobre a cidade e inclusive reservou um restaurante para mim e minha esposa (restaurante excelente). O prédio é uma construção histórica, muito bem reformada e preservada, numa localização excelente da cidade. Dá para se fazer tudo a pé. Para estacionar tem que se usar um estacionamento público (pago) que fica a cerca de 7 minutos a pé. Os quartos ficam no segundo andar, então tem que se subir dois lances de escada com as malas. Logo, para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção não é recomendável.

André obrigado pela avaliação bacana, porém pelo menos na Itália não sei no Brasil em um prédio de apenas dois andares não tem elevador.

It’s advertised as a B & B but the owner sent us to get breakfast at a cafe nearby. It consisted of 1 coffee 1 croissant and orange juice. I don’t consider this sufficient. The owner was helpful and friendly. Not really accessible by car.

In fact you had the bed to sleep and breakfast too !! You couldn't find more Bed and Breakfasts than this anywhere else in the world. Then if you wanted to eat even more delicious dishes, you had to stay in a five-star hotel paying 5 times more of course.

Perfecto Perfecto!! Everything about our stay here was ideal. Our room was immaculate, comfortable and well appointed overlooking the square. The roof terrace was a perfect spot for a bottle of wine to end the night. The host Fillipo was amazing helping with touring ideas and making dinner reservations. Parking was only a short distance away. Our only regret was that we could not stay more days.

Regina B&B is fantastic
Cute and spotless with fantastic service… and best of all, there is no better location in the whole city. It’s right off the main square in a beautiful historic building. The owner Fillipo even arranged our dinner, sending us to the best meal we had in Italy. Can’t recommend more highly.

Philippine was warm and welcoming he helped with our luggage up the stairs and assisted in taking us to the parking lot. Cute town with friendly people and a lot of activities on a Saturday night. We will definitely return.

We stayed one night on a day trip to Villa Adriana and Regina B&B was perfect. Our room was great, comfortable and peaceful with a view over the bustling piazza palatina. Filippo was a great host and greeted us waving from the window, letting us check in early. He gave us an interesting history of his family's building and even walked is to the bus stop after a breakfast that delighted my vegan partner. Highly recommended

Perfect stay
Philippe was a perfect host. The room was charming and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with fresh strawberries and local pastries. The location of the B&B was also very central and convenient to the sights. Philippe helped us with our luggage and made our visit to Tivilo a lot of fun! Grazie.

Deserving its high rating, host Filippo makes Regina B&B a great choice In a classic hill town full of local life. In a quiet part of town within a short walk of major sites, our Royal Double room overlooked the market square. Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast. Filippo picked us up from the train station and also arranged transportation to and from Villa Adriana and back to the train on our departure. And brought our luggage up and down the 2 flights of stairs! He helped make our 2 nights in Tivoli a highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy.

Horrible service
The host had zero flexibility. This resulted in us not able to check-in and wasted our money. We wanted to check-in just a few hours later because we couldn't catch the transportation on time. We even offered to pay more but the host declined us straight up. We even got Hotel.com customer service to help convince him but he would not budge. In the end. Money wasted.

Arrogant host who would not let us stay at the hotel we paid for. We were unavoidably delayed from our expected arrival time due to a flight delay. Phoned the host to let him know and was told not to bother turning up he was going to bed. Would avoid this hotel like the plague!!

Fabulous location and host!
Regina B&B is right at the center of Tivoli: 10 mins to both Villa D’Este and Villa Gregoriana, and other local restaurants and wine bars. No only the location, but the host, Fillipo is a great guy - super kind and knowledgable in good tourists locations in Italy. He is always willing to help from how to get to the hotel and how you move out to the other cities. He arranged taxis for us when we come in and go out. Also, as soon as you step inside the room, you will realize Fillipo really cares about his guests. He provides all the amenities you need. Lastly, you can get 10% discount at some of the best restaurants in Tivoli if you are staying at Regina B&B! We look forward to coming back to Tivoli again because of its beautiful sceneries and Fillipo. Thanks for the warm hospitality, Fillipo! We had the last meal at Sibilla as you suggested and loved it!!

We had a wonderful stay here! Filipo was very nice, very attentive, and very focused on making sure our stay was perfect. It is clear that he is very proud of his bed and breakfast, and of his hometown. We would definitely stay again!

A great stay for two nights and despite a little rain we had a lovely time here, the rooms have been restored to a very high standard but retain the feel an Italian house and the views over the Piazza are great for people watching. Some great cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended

Can only recommend! Clean & comfy accommodation with nice, fresh breakfast. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful and has an eye for the details. Excellent location in a historical building, interesting old town around. Beautiful room & views outside.

Great B&B in the heart of Tivoli
Regina Bed and Breakfast is the perfect spot to stay if you want to be in the heart of old Tivoli. Literally steps to the Ville de Este and Filipo is an amazing host. Highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Tivoli.
