âA really nice hotel and really professional staff. I stay here every time I am in Istanbul and I have done it for many years now. They havenât failed in their service, always really nice, friendly and helpful. The location is really good. Close to shopping, metro, restaurants etc. I definitely recommend it. â
âA good hotel, but several people at the reception were impersonal and only responded to things related to the accommodation. However, two people were fantastically good, Kubra and Alperen. They helped me arrange a hammam bath and we had nice conversations. Likewise, several people in the restaurant were very nice.â

âThe only detail worth mentioning is that the rooms are located one floor above and there is no elevator, so if you are traveling with heavy suitcases, it would be advisable to ask your taxi driver for help for a tip or carry them between two people. It is a tiring task but it is worth it because the place is perfect and the host Bianca is wonderful.â
