"The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The garden is gorgeous! The pool is warmer than all other hotels we visited. This is a perfect place if you just want to lay by the pool and read a book. We loved the hotel, we stayed for two nights. They didn’t have everything on the menu. Probably because its low-season. But the food they did have was very good. It would be good if they fixed more hooks for the towels in the bathroom, but most of the hotels in Morocco lacked that. The rooms are cold in the winter because they are cool during the summer, so bring some slippers to wear inside. The location is a bit off so it’s recommended to have a rental car if you want to be able to leave when ever you want. But if you don’t have the possibility to get a rental car you can always book a transfer from the hotel to central Marrakesh or where ever you want. You can also book excursions to different places via the hotel with shuttle bus. You pay the tourist tax at the hotel, just like you do almost everywhere in the world. So they are not trying to trick you. "

"Ett fantastiskt fint all-inclusivehoell. Allt fanns för en familj. Tips att sitta ute och äta för den som gillar en lugnare matsal, fanns uppvärmda tält samt en mindre restaurang som rekommenderas. Underbara pooler och bra möjlighet till aktiviteter. Väldigt serviceminded personal. Passa även på att åka in med gratis-bussen till medinan!"

"Mycket trevligt ”all inclusive” hotell. Buffé maten var riktigt bra och varierad. Vi hade 12 nätter bokade och det gav oss rätten till 2 middagar på hotellets ”finrestaurang” vilket också var en mycket trevlig och god upplevelse. Rummen var stora, trevliga och bra städade. I vår dusch fungerade bara handduschen och fästet till den gick inte att justera i höjdled. Det gav oss givetsvis inga problem att duscha men det ger inte intrycket av ett riktigt högklassigt hotell. Det står på Hotels.com hotell beskrivning att det ingår badrockar och badtofflor - men det gör det inte. Spa delen är det en helt annan operatör som driver. De behandlingar vi tog var helt ok men receptionens personal var inte speciellt trevlig och de kunde/ville inte ge någon vägledning vilken/vilka behandling(ar) min partner skulle välja då hon började bli lätt förkyld och inte ville ha någon kraftfull behandling som skulle kunna göra henne sämre. Det var skönt att bo utanför Medinan och det var enkelt att ta sig fram och tillbaka mellan hotellet och sevärdheter. Hotellet har en shuttle bus som går några gånger om dagen till och från Medinan. Taxi som beställs genom hotellet kostar 150 MAD till centrum och 250 MAD till flygplatsen. "
