âBeautiful, rustique hacienda in the middle of amazing mountain landscapes. Everything is stone and wood. Very athmospheric.
Everything was comfortable and clean, and the food was good. Staff was helpful.
Only problem for us was the height sickness, but you can't blame Hacienda Los Mortinos for that. Also, it gets cold at night. The fireplace in our room kept us warm in the evening, but it was chilly in the morning. If you're a nature person you won't mind too much.â

âSuch a great hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff!! The room was a decent size and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. We had a car on checking in and staff immediately opened up the secure garage to allow us to park. We felt completely safe leaving our car here. Also, the hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall was only working intermittently so I was given another one within 1 minute of reporting it.
