Living room with sofas and a flat screen, smart fire-tv where you can connect your Netflix etc. (free wifi). Blue sofa folds out into a futon for extra sleeping space.

Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances- stainless steel fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave. Includes plates, cups, glasses, coffee, spices, and many kitchen tools for your cooking and bbqing pleasure.

Plenty of dining space: Dining room with beautiful glass table that can seat 6+. Also a wooden table near the kitchen that can seat an additional 4+ guests.

All bedrooms are roomy with glam decor and clean soft sheets and pillows.

BATHROOMS: 3 full bathrooms equipped with hand soap, shampoo/body wash. Fresh towels are provided.

BACKYARD has a private JACUZZI, fire pit with large Adirondack chairs around it, BBQ grill, deck with table and chairs. Backyard and hot tub have outdoor lights you can turn on if you want to enjoy a well lit outdoor area at night.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Home is in a tree-lined gated community nestled in nature w/ pools, lakes, boat launch into the lake, kayak rental, paddle boats, mini golf, playgrounds, tennis court, basketball court. (Community pools and boat rentals are open from Memorial Day - Labor Day)

**Community pools: Guest day passes can be obtained directly at the pool for $12 per day per person. They include use of the pools and boat rentals. Community beach/lake/boat launch is free of charge.*

AC: there is a window AC unit in the living room and one in the master bedroom upstairs. These will cool the house. All other rooms have large pedestal fans and ceiling fans.
