En komplett topp-till-botten ombyggnad med ingenting annat än de bästa inredningarna på en vacker lakefront egenskap. Njut av 2 slutna verandor, 2 familjerum med 2 vedeldade eldstäder och ett bar och biljardbord för att bara nämna några saker för familj och vänner att njuta av. Det huvudsakliga familjerummet har 20 fotvälllade tak och en glasvägg på hela baksidan av huset för att förbise sjön.

Dockområdet har allt, inklusive eldgrop, och 2 däck där du kan koppla av en roddbåt och 3 personer kajak. Sjön är bra för simning eftersom det är så rent och absolut kristallklart. Sjön är bra för båtliv också och har bra fiske efter stora och små munnen bas, pickerel och sol fisk för barnen att fånga rätt av bryggan.

Huset sover 16 med 5 sovrum och 2 sovvagnssoffor (drottning och full). Vi beställde den uppgraderade skummadrassen på drottningsbädden så det är extra bekvämt och inte som din vanliga sovbädd. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng, och det finns 3 rum med queen size-sängar, och ett annat rum med en full-full våningssäng.

Fastigheten ligger nära alla shoppingområden och sevärdheter, inklusive 5 miles till en mataffär, 5 miles till Mt Airy Casino, 8 miles till Kalahari Water Park, 12 miles till Camelback Mountain Ski and Water Park.

Huset är utrustat med höghastighets bredband wifi hela huset. Det finns 2 55 tums Smart TV med Netflix som redan är inloggad och väntar på filmnatt i antingen Familjerum och Master bedroom. Everything was perfect. The home was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We loved everything there was to do, the pool table, the hot tub, firepit, rowboat, kayak, pedal boat. Everything was a hit with the family and it was a comfy, cozy spot in the poconos!

This was a perfect place to stay. It easily fit eight adults with room for more. It was clean, updated and spacious enough for everyone to spread out.The location is perfectly located amongst a host of activities(golf, shopping, restaurants).. funny enough room to make a family meal and dine in as well It is right on the lake with stunning views, boat and kayak access. Outdoor fire pits, hot tub.The owners were super communicative and responsive. Check-in was easy. Highly recommend.

Place was as advertised, if not better. Had a group of nine guys from 30 to 60 in age for a regular weekend of just killing time and (maybe) some brain cells among the family and friends that attended. We are certainly not picky and a cobweb or two in a very low traffic area or two isn't a turn off to us. Plenty of things to do at the property to keep us occupied for the long weekend, whether it be sitting by the lake, or in one of the ample common spaces - there's several areas to plop down either after a meal, for a ballgame or a movie, or just a session of shooting the breeze for a natural flow to the weekend. If I had to find something to say, and I didn't but I feel it makes this more authentic, I wish there were stairs from the upstairs deck with the propane grill to the downstairs outdoor eating area, but that may be the only complaint I'd have about anything. Going through the house was not a big deal at all. A experience with Ray and I would definitely come back if the opportunity ever presented itself in the future. Thanks Ray & his team to make us feel welcomed.

Amazing stay. The literal only bad thing was something not in control of the host - the initial time getting the car pass. Some of us waited in a long line inside and others didn’t have to all based on timing! But even still, very worth it. The place was clean and roomy. Had a lot of essentials like pots, pans, spices, cooking spray, ice trays, etc. (we donated a rolling pin lol). The bedding was clean, hot tub was clean, and I’m super picky! Easy to find the house. Plenty of parking. Close enough to grocery stores and a Walmart. We also went to camelback resort and did the mountain coaster. There were also a lot of breweries nearby, highly recommend barley creek brewery. Lastly, the last night was magical, could see northern lights from the dock through a good phone camera and some friendly deer came up to us and we actually hand fed them!! 100% would recommend staying here.

This is our second time staying at this house with family and they loved it! There were some upgrades since last year and very clean. The kids loved the hot tub, running up and down the gravel path and fishing off the dock. We used all of the boats as well. The owner was communicative and even had some new towels delivered. We would consider staying again. My only complaint which is not house-related is that the check in process at the community center to get a parking pass is extremely inefficient and delayed us getting into the house. I wouldn’t let that deter another visit but I’d recommend getting there early to get a pass especially if checking in on a weekend or holiday.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces were very clean. Loves the use of the kayak and paddle boats. Kitchen drawers and playroom need to be cleaned a little better but otherwise it was a great house. Appreciated the quick responses to any messages. Would love to come back for another family vacation. The pool, playground and mini golf recreation center was fantastic as well.

Great Lake vacation

9 of us gathered for a family reunion . It was a Fantastic place . The owner was very quick to answer all questions we had . Closeness to the lake , fishing from the dock was so much fun . The kayak and paddle board were used a Lot . Even though it rained a few days , we were entertained with the pool table and Poconopoly . The outdoor fire pit worked so well , as did the interior fireplace . Having some bedrooms downstairs added to making sleeping arrangements easier . I can’t recommend this home enough ! Yes , the hot tub was enjoyed by some as well , especially on a chilly day we had .

Annual Fishing Trip

Another outstanding fishing trip in the Poconos. Rays lake house had it all! ….and then some. Looking for a wonderful, comfortable house on the lake with all the creature comforts of home this is the place to be. I highly recommend this house for you’re next trip!

Pocono Birthday Weekend

This house was the perfect size for our overnight group of 14. It was beautiful, well furnished and our host Ray was on top of it with communication. Having the lake near by was a lovely addition. My family and friends had a weekend, I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

Great property!

There is a lot of stairs lol. But overall, it is a great property. Beds were comfortable, showers were nice, house was very clean. The lake frontage is an added bonus. The community was quiet and secure. Property manager was accessible if needed and the check in process was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Nice place on the lake

Nice house for our family reunion. House was clean when we arrived. Lots of space to spend time together. The kitchen/dining table was large enough for us all to eat together. Enjoyed the pool table, but there was no chalk for the cue sticks. Kitchen really needs some good pots and pans for a larger group...lots of small ones. Lake was very nice. Good fishing, swimming and kayaking. Many of the chairs down at the fire pit were broken but we were to leverage the platform by the lake as an alternative. We would stay here again.
