ABOUT US: Gent and me ( Rachel) we love getaways, we always try to travel . Especially me.. ..!!! We are happily married and we have 2 boys. We love to explore outdoors and I truly understand is hard to find affordable and nice place
so then we invested in this beautiful house and I have the opportunity to share my vacay home. VACAY HOME:Cozy house, with brand new appliances. FIRST FLOOR :Master bedroom (King bed) and the master bathroom has hidromassage shower. Second Bedroom has ( Queen bed) is located in the second floor . Third Bedroom ( 2 full sized beds), In total the house has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, modern kitchen,Formal dinning area and GAME ROOM: small pool table. In the yard there is a gas propane grill and fire pit. (I don’t provide firewood ) . We have 2 exterior security cameras.
The rental is few minutes from ski places. In addition The house has access to pools ( open memorial weekend to Labor weekend). Guests can buy amenity wristbands in the welcome center.If any amenities ( pools, lakes, tennis court,etc) is NOT Accesible due weather, pandemic, short stuffed, maintenance, repair or any circumstances out of my control “ homeowner “ will not refund any money. * ***Please for the check out, take all your belongings, I am not responsible for lost items. AC UNIT : Window portable air conditioner in the living room and Stand up air conditioner in the second floor( bedroom of the two full sized beds) . The rest of bedrooms has air vents to help air flow. The rental has mild average temperatures.Each bedroom has ceilings fans, doors and windows open for cross breezes and the temperature tends to drop drastically at night. FRIENDLY REMINDER:( in summer and fall ) Because of the wildlife in the area ( Bears , deers) I highly recommend not food or trash outside. Exception when is the trash day pick up ( Wednesday ). Recycle day( Sunday). ******* You will need to wait for hot water after few showers.*** main driver needs valid ID Driver license and car registration( Lack of the documentation, the welcome center can refused to provide access to the community, HOA rules)There is a 85.00 late fee ( or last minute bookings)for forms not completed or submitted with in 3 days prior** if the hot tub needs to be drained for any misused or careless( ex. No covering the hot tub), there is a fee of 250.00 dollars.*** local rules needs to be follow one of them is drive 25 mph, any violations of local rules, I am not taking responsibility. Ex ( speed ticket).

Weekend Away

This was such a great place to stay. The property owner has done a lot to add little touches of home like a s'mores station, coffee, lots of towels for the hot tub, and even had a fall set of decorations at the front door. Very beautiful home in a lovely mountain neighborhood. It's quiet and at night, from the hot tub you can see the stars. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

The house is pleasant, with a clean appearance and essential amenities. The hot tub is partially private, and the pool table and other recreational facilities are small and suitable for children. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was unpleasant due to the overcrowded Welcome Center and the rude behavior of some of the staff members. However, it is important to note that this does not reflect on the host. It is advisable to be prepared for the check-in process. On a positive note, the host was extremely gracious and kind, surpassing our expectations based on our previous experiences with vbro. We sincerely appreciate their hospitality. Thank you.

Great spot in the Poconos

We stayed here for 4 nights while hiking in the Poconos. Great quiet gated community in the woods, saw deer and a groundhog in the yard every day. State of the art everything in the house. Loved the hot tub, YouTube tv and big kitchen to cook dinner after long days of hiking. Owner responded immediately. Most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.

Great Location

Secure neighborhood (gated and monitored) Great proximity to camelback and montage for the skier/snowboarder. Deer walk right up to the property (kids loved it). Super helpful owners! Would definitely consider again!

I LOVE IT!!

I will start by saying, our host Raqueleana was out of this world!! I just returned from my weekend trip at this property. I must take this moment to say from the time we booked, no as a matter of fact, before we booked, we received answers and communication from the owner/host timely and it felt like she never left our side. I had absolutely no issues at all. It was all very smooth!! The check-in, location, the home, the heat and the communication was impeccable!! I have to also mention the cleanliness, it was super clean and we had everything we needed!! I not only recommend this host, I'm publicly stating that we are going again!! ' I give this place 100 stars!

Dream House!

This is the nicest house in Pocono Country Place. It’s newly renovated and clean. Checking in to the community is a process but the owners supply awesome instructions. We enjoyed having access to a large tv and Netflix, a “smart” refrigerator with music, and tons of linens and towels. The master bedroom is divine. The bed is so comfortable and bedding is soft and cozy. The shower is super cool and the washer and dryer are large capacity. The owners even supply detergent! Our dog enjoyed the dog park. My husband and I set up this vacation for our grown children and grandchild and we all had a great time around the fire pit, playing games, eating meals together, etc. There was plenty of space for all of us and for the grandbaby to play. We appreciated the passes for the pool,having a grill, watching the deer on the front lawn, access to tons of cleaning supplies, and having a/c. If you are willing to stay in Pocono Country Place (it is run down), you must stay here!! (We spent most of our time at Tobyhanna State Park.)

Perfect stay!

Quick getaway with my friend & our kids. This was the perfect house for us. I have zero complaints, the house was very clean, the master bed was extremely comfortable. There was a play room with games for the kids, the perfect dining room table for meals or hang out in the kitchen. The owners were very responsive with any questions I had through my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect setup

The property was very clean and exactly as expected from the listing. One of our party has limited mobility so the first floor master suite was perfect for her. We spent all of our meals in the home so the dining area was a great bonus. We only had one issue but the owners were very prompt with communication and it was addressed immediately.

Absolutely Beautiful

This was the first house I have stayed in with Vrbo and it was absolutely beautiful. The house is so updated and the game room really was a nice touch for any moments we felt like we needed something to do. The pool and lake were also great to have and we got to enjoy local stores such as a famous candle shop, and crystal shop. There is a family dollar and other shops to get food not too far out of the community as well, so it was perfect!
