As part of a sought-after community, you’ll have access to fantastic amenities. The home is a part of the upscale Pocono Farms Country Club, with outstanding facilities that you can access with SIX (6) complimentary passes included with the reservation for the entire stay! This is required for guests 5 years of age and older. Please keep wristbands on at all times while using club amenities. Guests will be responsible for lost bands and replacement.

We must register your group with the community association, please allow us flexibility with registration requirements. To ensure compliance, registration details and documents must be sent at least 3 days prior to the beginning of your reservation.

Failure to do so will incur additional late fee of $95 to be paid for by guest.

No same-day registration allowed (cut-off late registration is 3:00PM the day before your arrival).
