You’ll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by our community like a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a community lake with a lovely beach and many outdoor sports facilities like tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball courts, etc. Plus community has an 18-hole golf course. Some of these facilities are available free of charge to all guests and some for a nominal fee.

As part of the mandatory community registration process for all guests, we will reach out to you for a list of names/ages for guests and car make/model and plate numbers a week or two before your arrival date.
Absolutely no fireworks or loud music are allowed at the property or anywhere in the community. There is a fine of $500 imposed by the community for the violators which will be the renter’s responsibility.
