Pocono Getaway with Hot Tub, Games & Fire-pit

Welcome to White Tail Getaway! Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath stylish home with NEW HOT TUB!, was built in 2022 and has everything you need to have a fun-filled getaway for the whole family. The wooded hills and valleys in the Poconos have long been a popular recreation area. The community offers seasonal (Memorial day to Labor Day) amenities such as mini golf, pool with the Lakeside cafe, swimming beach, canoes & kayaks and paddle boat rental, basketball, tennis court and playground all a short distance away. Guests will have access to entire home with Hot Tub available 24/7. The exception are two owner closets located on the main floor. *June pool schedule is mostly on weekends and subject to change*. As of July 1st, guests will have access to community’s amenities daily which include Pools, Lake for kayaking, and canoeing, mini golf (available July 1st). Tennis courts, Basketball courts and playground are free to access.

**Please be aware the Poconos is VERY popular during the summer months. Upon FIRST arrival guests will have to check into the welcome center. There may be long lines at the welcome center for check in. ★Community Amenities starts *Memorial day through Labor Day (June pool dates are mostly on the weekend). Pool is open 11am-7pm. There is $12 charge per person, per day for pool access. Age 3 and up.

★ There is a $15 charge per person, per night for guest 9 & 10.

★ This home is located in a gated community. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. The guest driving will need a valid license and car registration to gain access initially.

★ We have two 24/7, motion activated recording cameras over looking the front located above the garage and another overlooking the back patio door which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property and are for guests safety and general home security.

★ Parties, pets, smoking in the house and guests not included in reservation are also strictly prohibited and subject to $200 fine each if in violation.
