Welcome to our Pocono Cottage

Come relax and enjoy the beauty of the Pocono Mountains for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of the cities! It is only 1.5 hours from NYC and 1-1.5 from Northern NJ.

Our vacation home has a rustic layout and is located in the Pocono farms community.

It sleeps 10 people - has spacious updated bedrooms, jacuzzi honeymoon suite, family room, dining room, living room and game room (has poker table, board games and large pool table), updated kitchen with new appliances, BBQ grill, Outdoor patio seating area with Fire-pit.

Amenities include outdoor community pools, kids playground, tennis, pickle ball courts, and lake/beach. Certain amenities such as Golf Course, Gym etc. are permitted (extra cost at the expense of the guests).

We kindly advise that there may be additional charges for amenities at the country club if the number of guests exceeds 6. The first 6 guests incur no charges. Please be aware that any such charges are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the country club.

Feel free to bring your own kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy on the lake (seasonal). No motorized water vehicles allowed.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a corridor that has stairs leading upstairs to the main floor area. The open floor plan in the 2nd floor connects the living room, dining area, family room, game area, fully equipped newly renovated kitchen and king sized bedroom, creating a warm and social atmosphere. Sink into plush sofas while enjoying the cozy fireplace or gather around the large flat-screen TVs for a movie night in the living and the family room areas.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Share laughter and meals with your family or friends at the dining table, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

The bedrooms in this home are designed to provide a restful and rejuvenating sleep. We are also excited to offer our honey moon jacuzzi suite as part of your stay with its own attached jacuzzi tub. Each of our rooms is equipped with its owns TVs.

Outside, you'll discover a peaceful backyard area and patio where you can soak up the natural beauty of the Poconos. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the patio or grill up a tasty barbecue meal for an outdoor dining experience.

This home is conveniently located near a variety of attractions and activities that the Poconos are famous for. Explore hiking trails that wind through scenic forests, visit picturesque lakes for fishing and boating adventures, or hit the slopes in the winter at nearby ski resorts. The region also offers opportunities for golfing, shopping, and dining, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Amenity badges included for all our registered guests. Guests must send names and DOB 2 weeks prior to arrival so they can be registered to use community amenities. Guests who fail to do so will not be permitted to use community amenities. Failure to do so will result in fines billed to us which would be transferred to the guests with an administrative fee.

★★FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS★★

VERY IMPORTANT:
-Each guest must be registered with their names and DOB prior to check in
-All paperwork must be filled out 2 weeks prior to check-in
-They are very strict on this rule and will deny entry to any unregistered guests and we will be fined. This fine will be billed to the guests if you fail to follow the rules about registration

WHO CAN STAY:
-Guest booking must be 25+
-Can sleep 10 comfortably
-No pets allowed
-Quiet time 10pm - 8am

PARKING:
-Driveway/Garage can fit 6 cars

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
-We are happy to accommodate early check in and late check out if the schedule allows. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn
-Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $100/hr

SMOKING/DRUGS/FIREWORK
-Not allowed
-Extra cleaning charge and air purification fee will be $500 if there is smoke in the house

FIREPIT
-Firewood is not provided.
-Please pay attention to any Burn Ban that may be in effect

PESTS and BUGS
-We subscribe to monthly pest control
-POCONOS is surrounded by water and vegetation. BUGS are smaller than door/window mesh. One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors/windows open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior otherwise they WILL enter.

SECURITY CAMERA
-We have a front door camera and front driveway camera. Cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time
-We do not have the time nor the interest in routinely monitoring the camera. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored. Please continue to practice common sense safety actions such as closing and locking doors.
-There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas.

-You will be asked to leave early with no refunds if parties are held or unauthorized pets are snuck in
