“Terrible. Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible. Me tocó ir a buscar Hotel a otro lado (llevaba 5 horas manejando para llevarse esa sorpresa, no sé por qué no me contactaron con tiempo y así hubiera buscado oportunamente en otro lado dado que iba en viaje con niños). La única mala experiencia que he tenido en años con esta aplicación. ”

“Amazing historic place, wonderful view of the mountains, beautiful gardens and surroundings; large, clean and comfortable rooms, fresh breakfast, attentive and helpful staff. Definitely we stay again. Highly recommended. The only cons were the unstable Wi-Fi inside the rooms and the shower has not safety bar.”

“This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. The resort is located in the middle of a huge rainforest, so you are truly surrounded by nature. I've never been so relaxed. There are around 2 miles of hiking trails, but they take a while to complete because they are hilly. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The coffee tour was out of this world, they really put so much care into becoming one with the environment. Everything is very all-inclusive, so you don't have to worry about...

“I loved my stay here. As two foreigners, communication and navigation were challenging. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful even before we flew out. Fresh food from the farm plus the perfect view of the mountains from the pool and cabin. I stayed for five days and got the taste of authentic Colombian daily life that I wanted. If I had the time, I would have stayed longer. Only thing I didn't expect was unheated showers, but I've learned that's pretty common in the country.”
