“I was very positively surprised of the standards of this hotel! Really sizeable room with a nice bath room. The bed was very good and the room was silent. Really nice and helpful service. Breakfast was absolutely ok, even if it was very Japanese :-) ”

“the room wa very old and worn. that's not a problem, but there was dust everywhere, and greasy fingerprints on the walls. the smell was terrible even after a full bottle of room deodorizer. cheap is good, but this was beyond bad.”

“Comfortable hotel right by the train station, nice view from the room of the city, friendly staff. The hotel is in a really good location. Only downside is they charge for parking.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano.”

“We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The property manager and staff were very nice and accommodative.
They gave us free use of the SUPs and kayaks which was lots of fun.
The rooms were nice and freshly renovated.
Highly recommended for either a summer stay to enjoy the lake activities or a winter stay to hit the nearby slopes.
Thanks!”

“Hotel ideal for station. Small rooms and basic but we spent only a night before leaving. Suited our needs. Free lockers to store luggage which we used.”

“Stayed here for a week with my friends, couldn’t have wished for anything more, Yu-San and his wife are a lovely couple, good breakfast every morning, very helpful with dinner tips and shuttle back and forth to town or different ski areas.
Will stay here again next time I’m in Myoko.”
