"Nice hotel with decent size rooms especially for japanese standard. Clean and silent, and nice big shower with small tub and rain shower. Very close to the train station and buses to Zao Onsen f.x. Many nice restaurants at walking distance. Breakfast not too impressive but still OK. Nice coffee. "

"Very clean and good location. Bed was very uncomfortable (very hard mattress and roughly filled pillow, not soft at all). Ventilation system blasted the entire night and couldn’t be turned off. Refrigerator compressor turned on at random times. I could hear neighbouring rooms’ phones vibrating. Breakfast serviceable, but often out of food."
