“During a 6 day stay our room was never cleaned, despite stopping daily to ask the front desk if they could please clean our room.
The carpet was so dirty and it felt sticky. There was also a 2" cockroach on the wall that we had to kill.
When I confronted the front desk on the fourth day of our stay - they apologized and said they didn't have enough help to take care of our room. They offered some snacks from the store - but all we wanted was our room cleaned up.
This was a terrible place...
