Toledo, lakeside home 3 bdrm sleep 7 on Lake Erie with 4 decks to choose from.

Rise and shine to catch the stunning sunrise overlooking Lake Erie from your bed. You have 4 beautiful decks you can choose from. There are tv's in every room, and a bonus tv area in upstairs. Huge kitchen fully equip with everything you need to prepare daily meals. Extra large island to eat, play games and conversate for hours.
Start up shopping is available. You send me a short list of groceries to me I do your shopping before you arrive. You will then reimburse Dorothy & Barry for the amount spent.

Mayfly celebration on Lake Erie marks the beginning of Summer and typically runs May - July. You never know how long they'll stay to visit or how many will show up for the party.
The most important thing to know about mayflies is that while they look like a moth with a tail, they do NOT bite or sting. They tickle like a butterfly if they land on you but they can NOT hurt you.
Our outside is wiped down the day of arrival of spiderwebs and spiders, with this being said the summer does attract spiders and bugs. We do regular sprays to help with keeping them under control, just know you may encounter spiders and it webs.
NEVER walk on the ice unless you have confirmed with local authorities that it is safe to walk on the ice. We are NOT authorities in ice safety.

NO lifeguard on duty.

If garage use is needed please let me know. There is a $50.00 deposit required for use of the garage door opener.

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend! We were close enough to stores and restaurants yet off the beaten path to feel like we were away from it all. We did a river cruise Friday night on the Maumee and a delicious dinner at Webber’s Saturday night. The rest of the time we hung out around the huge kitchen island or on the beautiful deck enjoying the view. The stairs do creek so don’t plan to sneak in and there is only one bathroom, but otherwise it is absolutely perfect!

I really want to keep this one a secret, but this was a fantastic property. The lazy Lake House, it's all of that. And a bag of chips.3 or 4 decks to choose from.Peaceful in very serene. The property managers, we're reachable and pleasant. This one is a true treasure.

Easter Resurrection Sunday

Very restful and peaceful had Easter with the family from in town everything that we needed was there was very nice. I only stayed for 3 days but would love to come back when I can stay longer and explore the area. Grocery store was nice and close convenient churches parks everything that you could need

Extended family celebration

Loved this rental!!!Communication with the homeowner was amazing. She suggested restaurants after booking and we had a little confusion with the parking regions that required a late night call :) I would recommend everyone to carpool in one vehicle.There were 7 of us ranging from ages 5 to late 60s. I didnt realize all bedrooms were on the top floor which was the only downside outside of the parking situation (congested neighborhood due to the lakefront). My grandma and grandpa struggled a bit with the stairs but this was no fault of the home 3 The kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to make many meals in our 3 day stay. It was spacious enough not to feel crowded and we played games on the kitchen island. The views from the king bedroom were stunning to fall asleep and wake up to. We went to bingo and an escape room that were within 30 mins of the location. Would love to book again in the warmer months to spend more time on the deck options!

Bachelorette Weekend

Had a bachelorette weekend for one of my friends and this was an amazing place to have it. The house was beautiful and even though it rained and was cloudy for the majority of our trip, we still enjoyed the outside space when we could. There was enough space for 7 of us and didn’t feel too crowded either. Definitely hope to spend more staycation weekends here in the future!

Lazy Lakeside

The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures & description! Actually according to my girlfriend the house was much cuter than the pictures! We enjoyed the bay / lake views immensely! We saw a few bald eagles!! Easy drive to attractions & restaurants!

Great Getaway Spot

The lake house was the perfect spot for us to have our girls weekend. The deck next to the water was a wonderful place for our laughs and to catch up! Dorothy made checking in and out a breeze. Parking is a little rough since we had three cars, but not a deal breaker. The kitchen bar was where we spent most of our time snacking and making new memories. The house had everything that we needed and felt like home. We can’t wait to go back for our next get together!

We wanted a place to escape, recharge, and center ourselves and this home was definitely it. Spacious kitchen and great soft bed. The decks were everything and the view over the water was just the touch we needed. Will definitely visit again!
