Casa Pace e Gioia - Restored farmhouse with private pool and amazing views

Perfect for families, our traditional Marche farmhouse has four bedrooms and four bathrooms (2 ensuite). A sleeper sofa in the living room increases sleeping space to 9-10 guests. Our free, fast wifi reaches every room in the house and extends to the pool and garden area. The private pool has an additional 5th bathroom and a heated outdoor shower that overlooks our olive grove. You won't want to leave the hanging chairs in the outdoor casetta.

Our kid-friendly amenities include: a Pack and Play, an adjustable high chair, a baby bathtub, kid-friendly tableware, and outlet covers available.

Enjoy amazing 270-degree views of medieval hilltop towns, the majestic Sibillini Mountains, and rolling fields. Our expansive garden, the covered poolside casetta, and the outdoor dining area were all designed to optimize the views. No neighbors will disrupt your peace and tranquility, and Tolentino, with its market, sights, and restaurants is only a 10-minute drive. The Adriatic beaches and the Sibillini Mountains are 35 minutes away.
We have olive trees, fruit trees, and breathtaking views of medieval hilltop villages and the Sibillini Mountains.

The house is 234 m2 on two levels. The ground floor has an open plan with a large dining table and kitchen and three access doors. The living room sofa bed sleeps two children or one adult comfortably (120x180 cm/ 3.94x5.9 feet). We have a Smart TV w/ HDMI output and a DVD player. A portable Bluetooth speaker ensures you can enjoy your music outside. The ground floor bathroom has a clothes washing machine.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms have ensuite baths while two bedrooms share a spacious family bath with skylight. The Giardino master bedroom also has a separate door to the outside stairs and a balcony with a bistro set.

The house is close to a paved road but it is not busy; the neighbor dogs often sleep in the road. There are only a few families who live nearby and it is not often travelled. The location is perfect for those who like to bicycle, and we can arrange for rentals.

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and we have mosquito nets on all of the windows and doors and have ceiling and oscillating fans in every bedroom. Our hilltop location benefits from cooling summer breezes.

The grounds, garden area, olive trees, and fruit trees, are all yours to enjoy freely. If it's ripe, pick and eat it! We have figs, prugnoli, apples, pears, plums, and cherries.

Our home is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with WHO guidelines and Italian regulations. We use Microban sanitizing spray and leave 24 hours in between guests. We have sanitization supplies available for your use.
