âI really liked this place. Itâs very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because thereâs no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say youâre there for check in⊠you are buzzed in.

âWe stayed one night before our cruise. Melina made sure we were welcome before our stay even began. Once we arrived our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had many options. The whole experience made us feel at home. â

Not only do the hosts go out of their way to assist you with everything that you could possibly need during your stay (car service, restaurant recommendation etc), but when unexpected travel delays occurred our hosts made sure we would have access to the property and an easy check in at 3am! âBra hotel med lugn omgivning vid bra strand. Flera stĂ€llen var dock stĂ€ngda i oktober. Det mesta var bra men frukosten var medioker för nordiskt smak. Mest kaffebröd. "En snabb övernattning pÄ vÀg norrut frÄn Rom. Snabb incheckning, bra rum, om frukost och bra pool!
Perfekt stopp dÀr barnen kunde ta ett dopp och svalka sig efter frukosten pÄ vÀgen norrut.

"Room was dirty, everywhere hair on the floor, the refrigerator wasnât clean at all, after flushing the toilet it ran the whole night, warm water for the shower lasted 2-3 minutes (not great when you booked a room for 4x), the Hotel doesnât have an own pool, looking at the pictures you are ver much mislead! Breakfast is made with the most cheap productsâŠ
Such a pity when tourists end up in such a hotel, itâs a disgrace for Italy and Rome. The Hotel should simply close down or totally renovate or praise themselves as 2 stars Hotel with much cheaper prices."

"Beautiful surroundings close to Rome and soft jazz playing in the garden. And the buildings were pretty on the outside, but the rest⊠The bathroom had a stench of humidity and the walls were covered with mould. (We had to change room as the first one was a sanitary disaster, both bathrooms had the same problem).
The staff are very junior and couldn't manage their work.
We were not offered any benefits though we were promised as Expedia VIP/Gold members.
I had to crawl on the floor behind the desk to be able to use the socket to the fridge when I had to work. The amount of dust there was absolutely diagusting.
I suggest you not to stay here until the owners have updated all rooms and public areas AND trained the staff to a professional level. "

There is no access to the sea anywhere near the hotel.
The annex where we booked in good faith is 2-star standard.
Very small room.
Staff was friendly but the hotel is not good at all.
It said check in time at noon, we arrived just after 12.00 and was made to wait for 50 minutes.
Do not recommend this hotel at all.
