“Excellent friendly hotel. Ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant excellent. Owners are very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. There was a minor set back with checking in. “Well maintained basic room in Aberporth a few minutes walk from the park and beaches. Clean, nicely decorated row of rooms on top of a coffee shop, easy free parking in back. Kettle and small kitchen part but not fully equipped for cooking. Several restaurants around but kitchens seem to close at 8 pm, small convenience store just down the street. “Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....
