“Everyone was nice, friendly, and courteous.”

“Me. No brindaba orientación. ”

“One of the best places to visit in the world. Oceanfront, very beautiful and peaceful, to visit in couple or family.Great cuisine. Extraordinary breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plan to visit once a year to recharge bateries and relax.”

“The hotel is beautiful , great amenities , food is good too. Some of the staff that help with the tables are very rude. You can order and wait very long and making faces when you ask for something. They also makes us moved tables so they can accommodate a bigger group all this while already waiting for the food we have order. And having enough space in other areas of the dinner area to do so. Is hard when you have a nice place and very angry and unhappy people making the paying guests very...

“Hotellet var super bra. Personalen mycket service minded. Fina stolar nerer vid vattnet.”

“Staff great, near beach, breakfast good. No hot water in shower”

“Expedia listed the wrong address on their website, is supposed to be a beachfront but the property is in downtown Covenas, surrounded by bars, pubs, restaurant, about 3 blocks from the beach. I checked out the next morning because I arrived at night, I wanted to be in a beachfront hotel. Expedia is refusing to refund my money, their customer service reps are a waist of time, I spoke 4 times with them, the last time they told me a supervisor is going to call me… Big lie, nobody called me; they...

“The property is old and poorly maintained, and the price per room is excessively expensive for what it offers. They charged me additional taxes even though I shouldn't have to pay VAT because I'm not a resident. I'm very disappointed.”

“The hotel is very nice and well located in the El Frances beach but not too far away from Tolu. Everything was impecable and the food was great. Sandy, Yulieth and Paula went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience ever. Kudos to all of them! I will always keep them in my heart.”
