They allowed us to check in early. When our delivery didnt provide forks they found us some. You can definitely hear the cars and people moving about, kids running in the halls. Smaller lobby and everyone congregates there so you have to tread through people to use the pool and hot tub so we chose not to bother. Went down just before 9 and no breakfast to be found even though the sign says 630 to 930. Not sure if I will stay here again or not.

The room was clean, the halls were clean. The little "Merry Christmas" snowflake on the door was a nice touch for Christmas.

Price was great! The housekeeping was meh. Room 103, dirty wash cloth shoved back in the corner of the closet thing. Bathtub had hair in it. Other than that it was good

This place was clean, well kept and generally comfortable. The beds were very firm not great but acceptable. The staff - omg - rude. I went down after breakfast to ask for a spoon - and i was treated like i was an Israeli asking a palestinian to get out of their house because i was going to steal it from them.

Absolutely Terrible
Our room was NOT clean and smelled like urine. I’m pretty sure the sheets where not changed because they smelled like vanilla body lotion and I do not wear that scent. The mirror above the sink was nasty. I wrote on it with my finger so they clean it for the next person. Lastly there were pubes in the “cleaned” shower. Really, the only thing the hotel had going for them was the waffles

Pleasantly surprised it was renovated (outside was very plain). Super clean & staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, including a fresh batch of cookies at the end of our day. Breakfast bar had a nice assortment of toppings for the oatmeal.

Great overnight stay
Super clean hotel with friendly service. Hotel has been updated and it was a very quiet stay. Front desk person was accommodating when we asked for a quiet room. Breakfast is offered. Basic hotel breakfast fare. Nothing fancy but for the price it was on par. I would stay there again.

Guest services training to front desk staff needed
The room was nice/clean however the “general manager” had a family member that was working the front desk and was extremely rude. Very non professional look/attire where as the room attendants were professional and very friendly. Unfortunate to be surrounded by professional people and a very clean environment. Stuck out like a sore thumb. My family travels often to that area and we will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was very nice at this newly renovated property. Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, etc. The only complaint we have is that the room smelled and felt damp each time we entered it...need a dehumidifier. Got used to the smell after being in it a while, but it will be a problem with new carpets and bedding if not taken care of.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The lack of any meaningful proteins meant an insubstantial breakfast, which we sadly discovered too late to find other food on the way to our obligations. I was also surprised to find a broken microwave in such a pricy room. It was not impressive.

The beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom clean and pleasant smelling, and free breakfast had a tasty variety of food. The swimming pool was awesome! The only problem was about the charge for the dog. It was billed to the wrong person twice, then billed to the right person, but it's to be seen where the final charge is placed. The clerk was very polite and helpful, but it is a nuisance to have to check it.
