“Our room stunk horribly. I know they allow pets but our room smelled like it must of had a pet in there for a while that pee’d on the carpet. Nearly left after checking in but could not get a refund. To add fuel to the fire, we selected this hotel and paid $60 more than a couple others we were looking because the pictures looked nice compared to competitors in the same ratings range. This staff needs to address the room smell because I know I can’t be the first to bring it up.”

“It was the right choice for a quick affordable stop during a pretty bad snowstorm. The staff was very friendly and checking was quick, then I passed out on the bed. Very nice, comfortable room with everything I needed including soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Just bring your own toothbrush and you're set.
I didn't use the gym or pool, but it all looked very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast had a choice of mostly grains, breads, yogurt, and juices, but the hard boiled eggs were a nice...
