“Spectacular place! The hunting lodge unit was so comfortable, wonderfully decorated and well appointed! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and delivery a lovely homemade breakfast in the morning. The wifi was awesome, my husband was thrilled! The setting is so beautiful, lovely gardens and a few sheep out the back windows. The area is set in the wine country and is super quiet and peaceful. I wish we had booked more days! Make your reservations, you will be SO glad you did! ”

“Owners not present. Delegated responsibility to unexperienced but very willing to help staff. Had issues with checking in..Having +2000 hotel nights this is in my opinion not a 5-star accomodation. That requires more attention to details in all aspects. There is no outdoor pool as stated, just a jaccuzi..... However, quiet, nice views and interesting discussions with other guests. Overpriced.”

“Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat.”

“Nog nooit zo een close contact gehad met een B&B gastvrouw die zichzelf uit de naad werkt om ons als gasten alles te bieden wat je van een B&B verwacht. Janice is echt een fantastische persoon en is zeer familiair als je het toelaat. Het huis is 107 jaar oud en dat zie je er aan doch dat heeft een enorme charme. Het lijkt in het begin wat shady maar daar moet je doorkijken. De kamers zijn goed en toen er een elektrisch probleem was met de stopcontacten, hebben we een upgrade naar een grotere...

“The hosts and accommodations were lovely. We left early our first morning for a day trip to Abel Tasman and Sally packed us a to go breakfast including homegrown tomatoes from her garden. I think they ordered up sunlight to stream into the breakfast room the next morning so it would shine on the locally grown fresh fruits. Way exceeded expectations. ”
