"Nice clean hotel with great views and friendly staff. We had dinner at the restaurant but unfortunately it was not for us - everything was sickeningly sweet and completely unsalted. I’ve come to realize that salt is not much used in new zealand but this was the worst so far, unsalted fish drenched in sweet chili sauce. Unless you are a kiwi used to this kind of seasoning I recommend you dine elsewhere."

"Love this hotel and wonderful staff. The 24/7 service is much appreciated. Recommend the sajna in the gym and if you need a taxi to the hotel it can be arranged at reception. Oceano restaurant is fantastic but if fully booked I can highly recommend The Urban eatery!"

"A nice place close to the centrum. We got the room next to the elevator, we weren't disturbed during night but we could hear it going up and down almost all the time. We also washed our clothes, it was 4 NDL wich I think was an ok price. An other 4 NDL for tumbling. Nice breakfast and very nice people working there. "
