“I was greeted by both Pumpkin the cat and the owner himself to a lovely and beautiful PRIVATE room (Sophia’s room) and gorgeous garden/fountain area that took me to truly a utopian place tucked in a gorgeous neighborhood! Additionally, all the stained glass art and windows in the house are made by the owner!! “Poor service from the personnel. Service level lower than what I'm used to in Europe. Even though a beautiful and cool hotel, it's not modern. No USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug. The sound level in the room is really loud, 40 dB measured with my phone (comes from refrigerator, ventilation, AC). Sounds from other rooms and the hallway is really clear.”

“Very very misleading. No where near downtown. I was with two other ladies. We did not feel safe at all in the area. The ratings on this hotel is false advertising. We didn’t even stay the night. Very upsetting. We didn’t have anywhere to stay so we drove home.”
