“Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. Our concerns were not addressed, and we were assigned a room that did not correspond to the booked accommodation. The reservation was for a “Signature Hut”. The hut was visible from the assigned room and was later confirmed to be unoccupied. Despite presenting booking documentation, staff maintained that their internal system showed a different...

“Good location and a very nice hotel”

“New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!”

“Always nice to come back and the best staff ever.”

“We usually stay at Marco Polo when we arrive in the Philippines, both on the first and last nights of our trip. It’s easy to get to the hotel by taxi, and it feels very safe. The staff are fantastic—from check-in to housekeeping and the restaurant. Marco Polo in Cebu has one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had. There’s everything from fresh fruit to delicious dishes from all over the world. The hotel rooms are quiet, so you really get a chance to rest without being disturbed. As always,...

“Impossible to sleep in a sauna. Desipte setting the AC to 16 degrees it was still 25+ in the room. Spent hours trying to fall asleep”

“I booked one family room for the wedding it was nice and all staffs are helpful”

“The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. Only problem I had was that there was no netflix, but that's a personal preference 😂 Indulge yourselves with the amenities this place have to offer like high...

“fantastiskt rum. bekväm säng nära till market och ayala mall men en bra resturang nära ”

“The room door locks are not secure enough.”

“Hotellet ligger i Ingenstans. Ok för övernattning/mellanlandning. Oerhört högljudd luftkonditionering”

“Rent och professionellt skött”

“Ensamresande. Frukosten var en katastrof. Poolen är okej men inga riktiga solplatser för en soldyrkare som mig. Men hotellet är i toppskick och personalen var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma på alla sätt och vis. Om jag skulle stanna en längre period här i Cebu City så hade jag valt detta hotell igen.”

“It was very spacious .. we booked a premium 3 bedrooms for our family !! Everyone was comfortable ..! Service was great very accommodating !”
