The family room includes a breakfast table, kitchenette, and TV, making it especially convenient for larger families or groups. It gives everyone the flexibility to gather together while still having separate areas to unwind.

With 5 bedrooms, 3 family rooms, multiple workspaces, and generous living areas, the home is well suited for extended families, larger groups, and longer stays.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire house, except for the garage and basement storage rooms.

These restricted areas are not shown in the listing photos and are not part of the guest space.

Parking:
Overnight street parking is not permitted. Please park in the driveway to avoid receiving a parking ticket.

Children and safety:
Please note that the home does not include safety gates, childproofing equipment, or similar items. Guests travelling with children should bring any safety items they may need for their family’s comfort and protection.

Propane:
Propane is not provided, as our cleaning team is not able to refill tanks between stays. An empty propane tank is available on-site and may be exchanged for a full one at your convenience.

Snow removal:
Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with service generally expected within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use. If the shovel is missing, please contact us.

Please note that salting is not included. Guests are responsible for using caution during winter conditions, especially if snow removal service is delayed.

Snow removal is not arranged for bookings longer than 28 days.
