Another guest upset because I charged them for the mess THEY made. This guest smoked inside my home, she also prostituted herself in my home with multiple men in and out all night. Condoms under the bed was from her own life choices. My cleaners do a fantastic and thorough job when cleaning my home and we have never had any issues in the past. This guest received an overall 1 star rating from me and several others for treating our homes like a party/prostitute location. DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON!!

There was nothing wrong with my home during their stay. This guest is retaliating against me with a poor review because I charged them extra because they stained all of my towels, bed sheets and pillow cases with hair dye. This guest destroyed my linens and I had no choice but to replace them. As a result of me making them pay for it, they decided to write lies.

NO ONE LIVES IN THE BASEMENT. We rent the basement out as a separate VRBO/Airbnb unit.

Tammy never communicated anything to me about needing additional linens. 6 towel sets were provided. Nothing is wrong with any of the toilets in the home. She booked a home in BRAMPTON and expected to be in downtown TORONTO (40 minutes south). Maybe next time she’ll GPS cities before booking just anywhere. We have adequate kitchen appliances and a dishwasher to wash and reuse what ever is in the kitchen. We do not provide laundry for guest staying less than 7 days. We do not even advertise having a laundry facility in our home for guest use. In the future Tammy should pack enough clothes for a short 4 day trip. Tammy didn’t request anything once during her stay or tell me anything was wrong. Zero communication after check in.

I didn’t message the guest for his ENTIRE STAY. The night before he checked out he decided to put a bag of garbage outside of my home overnight and animals ripped it apart spreading garbage all over my front doorway, my yard and my neighbors yard. I had to pay my cleaner extra to clean up this mess. Luckily bylaw didn’t see it and fine me for it. I messaged this guest with photos from my neighbor and my front door camera showing him the results of his idiocy and he had nothing to say but instead decided to write a public review saying I was controlling and what not. Some people just lack intelligence.

There is no mold present in the home. Guest didn’t know that fridge had recently been replaced with brand new fridge and they were the 2nd people in the home since new fridge. Showers are powered cleaned to insure cleanliness. Tv is already connected to wifi, you just press and play, some people just aren’t familiar with advanced technology. Sink had no food in it and dishwasher was empty as I personally cleaned the home on this occasion. Landscaper cut grass the day before the group arrived. Also NONE of these “issues” were brought to my attention during their stay, if they were they would’ve been rectified. When asked how everything was going the response was never negative.

Funny because I have the messages between myself and the guest that state that the tv worked fine. The guest messaged me at 11pm at night on their first night in my home and I walked them through how to reset the tv, the guest then went to sleep and in the morning I asked if everything was working and they told me everything is working fine.

I’m overly shocked by this low rating and hurtful comment! I was not aware that the heat wasn’t working as the guest from the previous night did not have any issues but I had it fixed within 12 hours of the guest checking in. I gave them 2 big heaters once they informed me that the heat wasn’t on. I provided EVERYTHING the guest requested in a timely manner. After the heat was fixed and requests were met, the guest did not contact me again. When they checked out they told me how much they enjoyed my home and thanked me. Then they get on here and SLANDER my home!
