Bra läge men dålig standard.
Bra läge i stan, men priset relaterade inte till standarden, priset borde landa på hälften av det vi betalade. Enkelt ganska sunkigt rum med unken lukt, vi stannade i två nätter utan att rummet städades/bäddades. Frukosten och dess utbud var helt okej med känslan av att befinna sig i en skolmatsal med plastmuggar och plastbestick.

Ett okej ställe i centrala Toronto
Det är ett enkelt hotell i centrala Toronto. Frukosten är riklig och allt som man vill se i staden finns i närheten. Det enda som är lite jobbigt är den högljudda airconditionen. Jag hade fördelen av att det inte var så varmt under vistelsen, så jag kunde stänga av den nattetid. Den brummade annars alldeles för högt. Lite strul med wifi också. Men, i övrigt helt okej ställe att bo på

Skulle kunna bli så mycket bättre med små justerin
+ Var nära centrum, gångavstånd till mycket. Billigt. Frukost som ingick. Gym - Fans inget WIFI man kunde få tillgång till internet men det var bara till dator inte till telefon. Var inte bra städat när vi kom var det hår som låg på toalettstolen. På 7 dar städade de bara en gång byte lakan 2 handdukar var varannan dag. Ingen TV på rummet eller säkerhets skåp. Sliten korridor med flera hål i väggarna.

Dining staff was not friendly. Never looks at the eye. They just turn away their face and answer as if the customers are not there.

Had a great stay during Caribana weekend. The rooms were decent and the hot water was great. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. They hotel provides you with complimentary breakfast for everyday of your stay. There were no Tv’s in the rooms but the beds were decent and clean. The hotel is in the heart of downtown and up the block from the eaton center mall. I would recommend staying at this hotel

Great location
I really liked the service all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. One security guard obviously had a chip on their shoulder and was rude (all the others were polite would smile or say hello). Really liked the room, however it smelt like someone had smoked previously in it. The maintenance staff sprayed industrial freshener but within a few hours it smelt the same. Great location and parking was affordable.

Great location and friendly staff, but the rooms smelled musty, linens and towels reeked of bleach and calling the facility spartan is an understatement (no tv, fridge, microwave, ironbox, nothing). Would not return.

My rating is based on the condition of the room. Outlets didn’t work, water in the bathroom spit and sputtered, there was a red stain quite big on the curtains that looked like blood. There was hair in the tub and sink and toilet area. Not very clean at all.

Know what you are in for
This is a bare bones summer hotel in a university residence. It's inexpensive in the heart of downtown Toronto, so if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in your room then this hotel is suitable. You'll get the bare necessities: A bed (with a lumpy mattress, perhaps), basic toiletries, and very thin bath towels. There is air conditioning. Breakfast. There are hair dryers. There is even an ancient pants press in the closet. There's a desk and chair. Free wi-fi. Paid parking. What you won't get: Coat hangers. Iron and ironing board. Peace and quiet because downtown Toronto is very loud. The walls are paper thing so you'll hear your neighbours (bring earplugs!) No TV. No safe.

The hotel is in a good location which is convenient to access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The facility is in mid-range condition which is matched to the price. Breakfast is provided. However, the service of the lady collecting breakfast cards is terrible, more specifically, she is discriminated in giving reminder in “dining only, no take out”. Although she convinced that she would say that to everyone. I have observed her and it's not the case. She even didn't say it to myself on the day when I didn't bring backpack and lined up with a group of people who she may assumed she doesn't need to. Her selective reminder basically is just unfair, bias, and DISCRIMINATED, cause especially based on her self assumption on who she selects to remind.

Great location. The property is located behind new city hall. Easy access to transport, shopping, restaurants, Chinatown and Eaton centre. Breakfast is a big bonus with a variety of choices. Coin washing machines are available at Level C.
