Comfortable Family Home on Quiet Residential Street

Our classic, spacious family home is situated on a very quiet residential street. We are ideally situated in Toronto in the neighbourhood called Bedford Park. The subway to downtown is a 5 minute walk away from our front door (17 minute ride to downtown) and on the way are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and more.

The house offers 2 queen sized beds, ,2 bathrooms, 2 large cable TVs and an eat in kitchen. Relax in the living room or plan your day in the upstairs office. Enjoy the shade beside a tree in the garden in the backyard or read a book on the large front porch. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the privacy of this family home.

You will love to cook in the renovated, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking pots, pans and utensils anyone would require. There are granite counters and many cupboards holding plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen table easily seats 4 with room for more.

The first floor has a built on room next to the dining room which houses a queen sized futon and a powder room off to the side. The sliding doors lead out to the garden.

The dining room has an antique cherry wood table with leaves to expand. The back sliding doors allows a view of the garden as you dine.

Also on the first floor is the large living room with a comfy couch, wing chair and cable TV with 100’s of channels.

The second floor has two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each. The master bedroom also has cable TV. The third bedroom is set up as an office. There is space to fit a single bed in this room if required. There is wifi internet throughout the house.

The main bathroom is on the second floor with a sink, toilet, and bath/shower combination.

We have lived in this house for over 30 years and know you will enjoy the quiet comforts, the safe neighbourhood, the prime location, the lush parks and playgrounds (walking distance) while you visit Toronto.
