The property was clean and updated. The customer service was below average. NOTE: The HOT TUB as of March 1, 2024, was not working, apparently, they are waiting for a part. This is a common excuse at many hotels that do not want the extra costs. This information is not listed on their website, and I would have not booked if I knew this prior to booking. This specific hotel does not offer complimentary coffee or breakfast to elite Marriott Bonvoy clients.
