I spent 20 minutes trying to find the lock box below a park bench among 40 other lock boxes all attached to the same bench. It was stuck in ice and I froze my fingers at -15C. I guess this is their idea of a front desk. Not the welcome I was expecting. The heating system in the room is not working. The room temperature never went above 20C no matter how high we set it. It only made the fan spin faster, creating more wind and freezing us. We kept our winter coats inside and slept with our socks on. The wear and tear of this old room is evident: Doors that don't open, scratches everywhere, needs a coat of paint.

I stayed in Bestaycation at Harbour Suites & Towers Union Toronto for two nights and would definitely return. I loved how close it is to Union Station, which made catching my flight very convenient and stress-free. The view from the unit was amazing, especially at night, and being just a short walk from the CN Tower was a big plus. The UP Express station is only a few minutes away, which is perfect for travelers. The room was clean, the property is in a great location, check-in was easy, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The property is just minutes from Scotiabank Arena and the CN Tower, with excellent views and a clean, scenic space that felt very well maintained. Communication was clear and easy, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Public paid underground parking is conveniently located just outside. You really can’t get more “Toronto” than this!! I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you!!

Absolutely lovely stay! The room was spotless when we arrived, and we loved the fresh floral scent blended with a hint of citrus it made the space feel so welcoming. What really made our stay special was the kitchenette. My partner loves to cook, so we enjoyed preparing our own meals instead of eating out all the time, which was a huge plus for us.
